Each course is offered as an initial training course or a refresher training course. Client instructors are provided all the materials necessary to conduct training in every case. These materials include: instructor guides, student workbooks, audiovisual aids formatted to the client organizations' desires (e.g.: computer generated, 35mm slides, overhead transparencies, etc.) and created using customer specified software systems.
