ALTITUDE CHAMBER

The Hypobaric (Altitude) Chamber is a training tool used to instruct aircrews how to effectively handle hypoxia, hyperventilation, mechanical gas expansion and pressure breathing in high altitude environments and extreme situations. The Hypobaric Chamber is fitted to withstand a pressure altitude equivalent of up to 100,000 ft with variable ascent and decent rates.

It holds 6 to 20 student stations with consoles, video monitoring, and intercom cord sets for full communication and medical monitoring of trainees. The Hypobaric Chamber also supports a wide latitude of operation for research and controlled experimentation studies.
